Returns 

Items shipped from Flame Seal's E-Store can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt of shipment. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There will be a 15 percent restocking fee. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Information

All orders placed after 2 pm will be shipped out the following day. Products may take up to 48 hours to ship based on availability. Shipping rates are subject to change and may not reflect the original delivery cost. If you are in need of expedited shipping please contact flameseal@flameseal.com before completing your purchase.
